  • The process starts with a consultation call to capture your vision, followed by a strategic design phase where each page is crafted with purpose. After your feedback, I’ll develop your website with a polished, seamless launch. Website projects can take 2–6 weeks depending on scope.

  • I’ll need your branding assets, written content and images. I can provide basic copywriting and stock images for an additional fee.

  • Yes! I’m happy to handle ongoing changes and maintenence for you. This is an hourly ad-hoc service.

  • I use Squarespace for information-based websites and Shopify for online stores. I trust both of these platforms; they provide a simple, user-friendly interface, making it easy for you to maintain your new website. Other platforms are available upon request.

  • Yes, SEO (search engine optimisation) is included in all web design packages, giving you the best chance to stand out from the start! SEO is also available as an hourly ad-hoc service.

  • A brand strategy is the roadmap for how you present your business. It’s essential for standing out from competitors, building trust with customers, and creating a memorable brand.

  • Absolutely! I’ll incorporate your vision and any preferences into your brand design to make it authentic to you.

  • Branding projects typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on the project scope and amount of revisions required.

  • Email marketing is all about building relationships with your audience through timely, tailored messages. From setting up an engaging signup form to crafting a weekly newsletter, each campaign is designed to reflect your business goals.

  • It depends on your goals, but I offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly email packages. I’ll help you find the ideal frequency for your audience.

  • Choosing to work with a freelancer like me means you’ll enjoy a more personalised and tailored experience. Together, we can collaborate closely and adapt to your unique needs with flexibility and ease.

  • Let’s have a chat! I offer a free initial consultation where we can discuss your project, style, and vision. This helps both of us determine if our approach and goals align.

  • A 50% deposit is required prior to project commencement. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon project completion before handover can take place. Alternatively, payment plans can be arranged upon request.

  • Additional payments will include platform subscriptions, font licensing, and hosting fees for your domain. This will vary depending on the scope of the project.

  • You will be required to provide revisions and feedback throughout the design process to ensure your vision is coming to life. But if it’s not working out, we can end the contract and you will not be expected to pay the balance of your account.
